wrkd. ("we", "us") is a free tool that helps creators generate quotes. This policy explains what limited data we handle when you use the site at wrkd.live.

1. No accounts

wrkd. does not require sign-up. We do not collect your name, email, or password because there is nothing to sign in to.

2. Quote content stays on your device

The client details, line items, and signatures you enter are processed in your browser to build a PDF or a shareable link. We do not store your quotes on our servers. Shareable quote links encode the quote data inside the URL itself — anyone with the link can view it, so only share it with people you trust.

3. AI generation

When you use the AI line-item feature, the brief you paste is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Do not paste confidential information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service. We do not log AI inputs or outputs against your identity.

4. Analytics and hosting

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views in aggregate. We do not sell or share this data.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Third-party links

Pages may link to third parties such as Instagram or Buy Me a Coffee. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

7. Children

wrkd. is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change.
