By using wrkd. (the "Service") at wrkd.live, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What wrkd. is

wrkd. is a free tool that helps you draft quotes and download them as PDFs or share them as links. It is a drafting aid, not a legal, tax, or accounting service.

2. You own your content

Anything you type into wrkd. — client details, line items, signatures, notes — belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over it. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you put in your quotes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use wrkd. to:

• create fraudulent, misleading, or fake quotes or invoices;
• impersonate another person or business;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. AI output

AI-generated line items are suggestions. Review and edit them before sending a quote to a client. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Shareable links

Shareable quote links encode the quote inside the URL. Anyone with the link can view that quote. Treat the link like the document itself and share it only with intended recipients.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any PDF or link will be preserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wrkd. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wrkd. and its operators from any claim arising out of the quotes you create, the content you upload, or your breach of these terms.

9. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers (hosting, AI). Their availability and policies may affect the Service. Links to third-party sites such as Instagram or Buy Me a Coffee are provided for convenience and are governed by those parties' own terms.

10. Changes to the Service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
